Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the PartyEpic AI website and platform. Venues that run PartyEpic AI parties also sign a separate partner agreement, which takes precedence for them.
1. The service
PartyEpic AI provides cinematic party adventures, a studio for Venues to manage bookings, and related materials such as printables and promotional media.
2. Accounts
Staff accounts are created for Venues. Keep your password confidential and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Photos and consent
Venues must obtain a parent's or guardian's consent before uploading a child's photo or information, and must use the service in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to access other Venues' data, no interference with the platform, and no copying or reselling of our worlds, films or software.
5. Our content
All worlds, characters, stories, films, music, voices, designs and software are owned by PartyEpic AI or its licensors. Venues receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use them to host parties and to promote PartyEpic AI parties during their agreement.
6. Fees
Fees for Venues are set out in their partner agreement. We do not charge parents directly; Venues set their own prices.
7. Availability
We work hard to keep the service available but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may update features from time to time.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, PartyEpic AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts paid to us for the service in the three months before the claim.
9. Changes and termination
We may change these terms by posting an updated version. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
