CHRISTMAS · AGES 3–10North Pole Rescue
Frostbite the Snow Goblin froze the North Pole and carried the Joy Bell to his Ice Cave! Light the Great Tree, fix the magic sleigh and melt the ice. Cozy, sparkly holiday magic.
Every North Pole Rescue party starts like this
The story, the call for help, the search for a hero and the launch. At your party the hero is your child: their everyday photo transforms into the hero on screen.
In this film the hero is Leo, an AI-generated boy. Sound on!
Why the world needs a hero
At the top of the world, where the northern lights dance, lies the North Pole. In the Toy Workshop rings the Joy Bell, and every time it rings the elves build toys and the whole world sings.
Frostbite the Snow Goblin wants no toys and no songs. He rolls a giant snowball through the workshop, carries the Joy Bell off to his Ice Cave on Frost Peak, freezes the lights on the Great Tree and breaks the magic sleigh into pieces.
Pip sends a call for help through the blizzard, and it finds a hero at your party: the birthday child, who leads three crews of friends to bring the Joy Bell home.

Three crews, one Commander
In every mission the red, blue and gold crews each play their own game, matched to their age. Every code they win flies to the big screen, and the birthday child, the Commander, plays the deciding game.
Light the Great Tree
Frostbite froze the lights on the Great Tree. Each crew's code lights one giant ornament, then the whole party shouts TREE SHINE! and the light climbs to the star on top.
Fix the Magic Sleigh
Only the magic sleigh can fly through the storm. Each crew fits one part back on, then everyone shouts SLEIGH BELLS RING!
Melt the Ice Cave
Three ice locks seal Frostbite's cave. Each crew melts one, the Commander chooses the way in, and the whole party shouts MELT THE ICE!
Every guest goes home a hero
