The opening film

Every Wizard Academy party starts like this

The story, the call for help, the search for a hero and the launch. At your party the hero is your child: their everyday photo transforms into the hero on screen.

In this film the hero is Leo, an AI-generated boy. Sound on!

The story

Why the world needs a hero

On a cliff above the clouds, where shooting stars come to rest, stands Starfall Academy. In its highest tower rests the Book of Stars, and every birthday it writes a brand new spell for a young wizard.

Malvor the Shadow Sorcerer wants every spell for himself. His storm of ravens carries the book off to his Shadow Tower; he puts the Rune Stones to sleep and breaks the great Star Globe.

Pip sends out a call for help, and it finds a hero at your party: the birthday child, who leads three crews of friends to win the book back.

The villain
Malvor is a hooded shadow with violet eyes and a flock of ravens, never truly scary. Like every villain in our worlds, he is beaten without anyone getting hurt.
Three missions

Three crews, one Commander

In every mission the red, blue and gold crews each play their own game, matched to their age. Every code they win flies to the big screen, and the birthday child, the Commander, plays the deciding game.

Mission 1: Wake the Rune Stones

Wake the Rune Stones

Malvor put the Rune Stones on the cliff path to sleep. Each crew's code wakes one, then the whole party shouts SPELLS UNITE! and their runes light the way to his tower.

Mission 2: Mend the Star Globe

Mend the Star Globe

The great Star Globe in the observatory is broken. Each crew brings back one star crystal, then everyone shouts MAGIC RISE!

Mission 3: Break the Shadow Seals

Break the Shadow Seals

Three shadow seals lock the tower door. Each crew breaks one, the Commander chooses the way up, and the whole party shouts ABRACADABRA!
